Shipping Information
Delivery
We will deliver the magazines to the address provided by you when you place your order. Your subscription will start with the next available issue – unless you inform by email with another data. You agree that we will not be responsible for failure to deliver the magazines if you have supplied us with an incorrect address.
Your subscription term is defined as the time period you selected upon subscribing (4 issues). We will share your name and the shipping address, with the firm in charge of the shipping of the magazines, strictly and only for that purpose. They are contractually obligated to protect the confidentiality and the security of the personal information we share.
Price and Shipping Information
Postage, packaging and shipping costs are included in the price for all subscriptions and single issues.
EUROPE
- Orders for EU member countries, are sent to customers via Courier Express. VAT is included.
- Orders for European countries which do not belong to the EU, are sent to customers via Business Mail Priority Register.
REST OF THE WORLD
- Orders are sent to customers via Business Mail Priority Register.
Returns & Exchange
If for any reason your purchase does not satisfy you, simply return the item within 10 days for a prompt full refund or exchange. Mail your return to our address. Please include the packing slip that came with your item and a note with your name, address, and the reason for the return. Once we have received your package, we will process, if any, your refund or exchange.
If you wish to return an item because of an error on our part or you received something damaged, we will cover all costs associated with returning the merchandise.
